Serenitech was founded by an entrepreneur and a scientist who share one conviction: the most critical infrastructure on Earth sits partly under water, and it is managed almost blind. Serenitech builds the AI cognitive robotics — sensing, connectivity, artificial intelligence and cloud services — that give port authorities, offshore operators, subsea asset owners and the naval industry continuous sight, memory and foresight beyond the waterline. The name says it: serenity through technology.

Rodrigo Füchter

CEO & Co-founder

Entrepreneur with more than 25 years building technology and financial businesses. He started in microcomputer assembly and networking, moved into online platforms and spent nearly two decades as CFO and Head of Compliance of his family group before founding several companies, among them Serenitech, MonFinance, DebitoPago, CarroPago and Lanet Tecnologia. Based in Monaco, he leads strategy, corporate structure, finance and the group's expansion across Brazil, the United States and the Middle East.

Dr. Thierry Deschamps de Paillette

CTO & Co-founder

Agrégé in electrical engineering with a doctorate from the Université de La Rochelle (highest distinction), he has a 27-year record in advanced research across high-frequency electronics, photonics, artificial intelligence, cybernetics and telecommunication systems. He designed underwater telecommunication and sensing networks for critical infrastructure, spent more than 20 years designing industrial products, held a higher chair in the French national academic system, led European AI programmes (AI4DI, EdgeAI), publishes with the IEEE and reviews for the IEEE Journal of Oceanic Engineering. He leads Serenitech's technology, laboratories and product architecture.
